Basic Green Smoothie Recipe
yields 2 - (313 calorie) meal replacement servings OR
yields 4 - (156 calorie) snack sized servings
Wash all fruit and veggies. Use organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Add ingredients in order according to recipe below.
Step 1. Add 3-9 Cups fresh spinach leaves (or other leafy greens)
+ 2 apples with skin, removed core
+ 1 Cup filtered or purified water to blend and blend for 15 - 30 seconds.
Step 2. Add 2 banans, peeled
+1 Cup 100% orange juice, no sugar added
+2-3 Cups of Ice and blend again for up to 45 seconds or until desired consistancy.

-peaches
